Join us for our special online classes during our temporary closure. You will need a sturdy chair and two paper plates (maybe). The Online Big Reset includes body weight resistance movements that will challenge you muscles and balance while keeping your heart in the aerobic/anaerobic zones. I am so happy we can stay connected and healthy while enjoying the stress reduction (!) and immune system boost movement provides. 

HOW TO FIND THE CLASS
Registration process is THE SAME. You need to register. Download the Zoom App to the computer you’ll use at home to workout. After registration, look for an e-mail from PUNCHPASS confirming your reservation. The confirmation email contains the SECRET LINK to REACH the class on the Zoom App at the time class is scheduled. Each week, class is different so you *never* get bored and your body and mind are always challenged. You always pick the intensity level that is right for you to gain strength, balance and coordination. TRX has a MILLION modifications. We'll show you. Appropriate for ALL fitness levels. You'll leave feeling calm and like a rock star at the same time.
