New to TRX? Want an introduction? This special class will guide you through the TRX suspension tool and the concepts it uses, along with how to make adjustments to your straps. We will highlight some basic foundational exercises and their easy-to-follow progressions. Then, in the second half of the class we'll complete a circuit utilizing what you've learned! You'll leave feeling confident and strong.
