COMMIT Sculpt is a music-driven, full-body strength experience that blends resistance training, rhythm, and movement into one high-energy format. Created from the heart of COMMIT Dance Fitness, this program was built with intention—to help participants sculpt lean muscle, improve strength, and experience powerful transformation through consistency.

This class uses a strategic mix of dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight to guide participants through isolation and compound movements choreographed to the beat of the music. Cardio bursts elevate the heart rate, while each track targets a different muscle group to support balanced strength, mobility, and recovery. Over time, members progress through resistance challenges using principles of progressive overload, building strength and stamina while toning the full body.
