What to Expect: Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) format that alternates between 20 seconds of all-out effort and 10 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of 8 rounds per exercise. Ashley will guide you through a series of challenging exercises targeting strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness, ensuring a full-body workout that keeps your heart pumping and your muscles burning.
